THE COTTAGE

Renovated in an old barn, in the original spirit of the building, with exposed beams and exposed stone walls, and with a surface area of 200 m², the cottage can accommodate 12 people (14 with convertible bench),.

It is built on 2 levels.

Two bedrooms, bathrooms and a mezzanine are located upstairs above the living rooms in the central part.

Two other bedrooms, a bathroom and a game room are located on the ground floor in an old milking parlor.

THE LIVING ROOM

Entrance to a large central room through of 72 m² with:

Up to 14 people can sit around the large family table.

THE LIVING ROOM

Relax for a moment in the comfortable sofas and armchairs, and admire the direct view on the terrace and the garden through a large bay window...

The living room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, stereo and DVD player.

THE BEDROOMS

The “Beech Leaf Bedroom” is located on the ground floor. It is a large room of 28 m² with 4 beds (for 5 people), renovated in the left part of the barn, which formerly housed... the milking parlor! In the old milking pit is installed 1 large double bed of 160x200, and 3 single beds of 90x200 have been placed on the old cow milking docks! Its direct access to the terrace and the garden through a French window will offer you wonderful sunsets

The 18 m² “Laurel Leaf Bedroom” with 1 double bed (for 2 people) has been renovated on the ground floor, in the part of the barn which was formerly used to feed the cattle... Two old troughs are even still in place... The room is composed of 1 large double bed of 160x200 with a view of the access path to the cottage through a bright bay window

The “Walnut Leaf Bedroom” is located upstairs in the cottage. It overlooks the front of the barn. With a surface area of 16 m², it has 2 beds (for 3 people), i.e. 1 double bed of 160x200 and 1 single bed of 90x200. Its exposed stone wall will remind you that you definitely sleep in an old barn

The “Oak Leaf Bedroom” is also located upstairs in the cottage. With a surface area of 15 m², it has 1 double bed of 160x200 (for 2 people). Its little extra: a private shower room directly open to the bedroom...

THE BATHROOMS & WC

The ground floor bathroom is equipped with a WC, a shower, a single sink and a heated towel rail.

The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower, a double sink and a heated towel rail.

The shower room of the “Oak Leaf Bedroom” located upstairs is equipped with a shower and a single sink.

1 separate WC is located upstairs.

THE MEZZANINE

To provide a beautiful perspective above the living room, an 18 m² mezzanine completes the sleeping area of the upper floor.

A bookcase awaits you there, as well as a reading corner and cozy armchairs, so that you can enjoy board games or immerse yourself in a good book in complete peace and quiet...

It serves as a 5th bedroom thanks to a pull-out extra bed with 2 mattresses (80x200) for 2 additional people upstairs.

THE GAME ROOM

Between the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, children and teenagers can gather in a games’ and relaxation area specially designed for them.

A small resting area will be at their disposal, with table and seats for writing and drawing, as well as toy boxes, various games and a small bookcase filled with books for young people of all ages. A PS4 and some video games are also at your disposal.

They can even sit on an old school desk to color or browse the books available in the bookcase.

THE GARDEN & OUTDOOR SPACES

From the bay window in the living room and the French window of the “Beech Leef bedroom”, you have access to the terrace and a close garden of 500 m², fully equipped for having nice relaxing and playing moments.

The wooden terrace and garden have tables and chairs for 14 people, parasols, and the garden will be equipped with a charcoal barbecue, deckchairs and sun loungers for sunny days.

The 500 m2 fenced garden is still being developed but step by step, it is getting decorated with flowers and plants.

Young children will enjoy a playground with a swing and slide, a small football goal, and some games provided and stored in a garden box (petanque balls, pucks, molky, cornhole, rugby and football balls, etc.).

A ping-pong table is at your disposal in the southern part of the cottage, near the terrace (rackets and balls available).

The bowling green is operational for “pétanque” lovers, with a bench, chairs, armchair and a small table for well-deserved breaks!

A larger football goal is at your disposal on the field in front of the barn.
