• What are the departure and arrival times?

Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m., unless you have opted for the late departure additional fees which allow you to leave the accommodation until 4 p.m. on the day of departure (except in July and August).

• Do we need to bring our own sheets and towels?

All beds are made upon arrival, you do not need to load your suitcases with bed linen. However, they are not changed during your stay.

A towel kit is available for rental at an additional cost of €6/person.

 

• Is the cottage equipped with internet?

Yes, the Wifi code will be communicated to you upon your arrival. The connection is good in the central part of the cottage and upstairs (around 50 mb/s), more difficult in the rooms on the ground floor due to the thickness of the walls. The 4G network also works quite well.

• Is there a pool ?

We offer our travelers private access to our swimming pool, located in our garden, between the cottage and our house, from 10 to 12 a.m. and 2 to 7 p.m. We reserve a few daily slots outside of these times to clean it, maintain it and also enjoy it a little. The swimming pool is secured by a dome which also ensures “ecological” heating.

• What are the payment conditions?

Payment is made by transfer, by deposit at the time of booking or in full if the reservation is made within 4 weeks before the start of the stay. A deposit is retained on arrival (detailed terms in the general conditions of sale.

• Can we cancel in case of unforeseen circumstances?

Cancellation is free after 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit is then refunded. Beyond that, the amounts already paid are retained by the owner.

• Do you accept pets?

In order to respect the following vacationers who may be allergic, we unfortunately cannot accept animals, despite thorough cleaning between each rental. We would have loved to be able to do so, but allergens from animal hair remain present for several weeks.
